Where it Comes From

The Sun Basin

The Sun Basin is a remote valley cradled in the mountains of Missoula, MT. Wind catches words, moments, and memories, sweeps them into the sky, and settles them gently into the basin, allowing us to gather them up as inspiration and present them to Botanie, our local soap making partners. Botanie then distills the memories, mixes them in small batches with gorgeous natural ingredients, and turns out bars of soap that are good for your skin and your soul.

The founding goal of Good Store is to make amazing products that donate to a good cause. One hundred percent of the profits from Sun Basin Soap go towards building the Maternal Center of Excellence in Sierra Leone.     Great peppermint smell

    Smells just like peppermint it’s really lovely! It has little pieces of plant inside of it which makes it feel like it’s explicating you since there’s little bumps on it, but they’re not scratchy!

    Blends in with moss pretty well

    This soap, Snowmelt, and Navigator (eucalyptus mint) are our two favorite soaps that we've now got on subscription! Something about the mint really makes me feel cozy and clean - like a mint tea for my skin. In the rainy environs of southeast Alaska, this soap keeps us clean and good smellin'.

    Oh my gosh i ADORE this bar of soap so much!!! Ive always been a huge fan of mint related foods and other products in general so I may be biased, but this was the absolute PERFECT soap for me! I get sweaty very easily in the area I live in and so having a soap that lets me feel refreshed and clean afterwards. I love the cool feeling it leaves on my skin!!! Easily subscribing, absolutely love this one!
