Sunlight pouring through glass panes, rippling across terracotta tiles. The sharp sweetness of citrus caught in the air. A basket of fruit, half-peeled, resting beside a vase of fresh blooms. Afternoon heat, golden and humming, enveloping everything in slow delight.

Scent: Blood Orange and Bergamot

Size: 4 oz. bar

Ingredients: saponified oils of sunflower, coconut, and sustainable palm (with retained glycerin); water; madder root; essential oils of blood orange, bergamot, tangerine, orange, lemongrass, lime; rosemary extract.

Where it Comes From

The Sun Basin

The Sun Basin is a remote valley cradled in the mountains of Missoula, MT. Wind catches words, moments, and memories, sweeps them into the sky, and settles them gently into the basin, allowing us to gather them up as inspiration and present them to Botanie, our local soap making partners. Botanie then distills the memories, mixes them in small batches with gorgeous natural ingredients, and turns out bars of soap that are good for your skin and your soul.

The founding goal of Good Store is to make amazing products that donate to a good cause. One hundred percent of the profits from Sun Basin Soap go towards building the Maternal Center of Excellence in Sierra Leone. We are committed to raising money not only for the construction of the hospital, but also to fund comprehensive training and staffing to tackle medical injustice at its root.

    You are never allowed to discontinue this one!

    And if for some reason you do, I need, like, six months notice so I can buy a bunch with each paycheck until they stop. I need this in my life until the day I die. While I haven't met a soap of yours I didn't like, the moment I opened the box for this one and inhaled, my brain simply went "Yes. This is our new scent. Find me lotion, shampoo, and everything else in it NOW." My muscles relaxed, my eyes crossed, and I turned into a silent game coach trying to yell mentally at my shower to heat up faster. It'll probably pair well with the lemon hibiscus shampoo bar; that's another one that makes the dopamine in my brain go brr.
