Where it Comes From

From Pen to Sock

The Awesome Socks Club comes from two places. The pens of the incredibly talented artists we work with, and Pacific Manufacturing in Haining, China. Each month we work with a new independent artist who gets full control of the sock as their canvas. Once they’ve perfected the artwork, we send it to the talented craftspeople in Haining who specialize in producing high quality garments - Seriously, our socks don’t wear out.

Where the Money is Going

Awesome Socks for a Great Cause

The founding goal of the Good Store is to make amazing products that donate to a good cause. One hundred percent of the profits from The Awesome Socks Club go towards building the Maternal Center of Excellence in Sierra Leone. We are committed to raising money not only for the construction of the hospital, but also to fund comprehensive training and staffing to tackle medical injustice at its root.

    Soft comfy Weekend Socks Amuse My Friends

    I received a gentle yellow pair of socks with art of three insects sparring with medieval weapons, called "Feet of Arms." I was very amused by this, and the instructions included, and very pleased with the softness, length, and fit of the sock. I have been wearing them on weekends off when I'm roaming around the house. Knowing they are regularly designed by people and are sent as surprises gives me warm fuzzies.

    So fun!!

    I love fun socks and these socks are the most fun! I love that the patterns are created by independent artist, it makes them all so unique!! ive bought this mystery pair like 6 times.. BUT IM NOT ASHAMED! these socks are such high quality and I love wearing them everywhere I go. its so fun to have just a cute colorful reminder on your feet wherever and whenever

    I love these, and I usually hate socks

    Relevant to this review: I have Autism and one of my sensory processing struggles is socks. I hate socks. I have gone entire Minnesota winters without wearing socks because I hate them so much. On a whim, while ordering other items from good.store I added a pair of mystery ankle socks. These are the first socks I have ever owned that I can wear without thinking about them constantly, and to me, that is a big deal! They have no noticeable seam across the toes, they do not strangle my ankles, and they stay where I put them all day without diving down into my shoes or making my toes feel crushed. These are big deal wonderful to me!

    Mystery socks

    I love the concept of it. I have no idea what all the patterns are so it was a complete surprise. One set were mushrooms, another cats. I got one of the ankle and one of the crew socks. I would recommend crew because they seem a bit more durable than the ankle socks.
