Where it Comes From

Salgar, Colombia

Coffee can be a dirty industry. From low standards of labor practices, to environmental damage, this is a luxury that we should look at with a critical eye. Knowing this, we needed to make sure that the Keats & Co was working with ethically sourced ingredients. That is where Sucafina and the Green Coffee Company came in. Sucafina put us in touch with small farmers cooperatives and the larger Green Coffee Company to make sure that we are sourcing the highest quality beans from farms that take care of their workers and the environment.     Wonderful flavor!

    The flavor on this roast is so amazing! Very nutty and caramel-y! It’s nice as whole bean because you can decide if you want to use it for a drip coffee or espresso, I’ve used it in both and loved it both ways! I wish the bag was a different color or something so I could more easily differentiate between it and my Octavia Roast.

    Excellent! Exactly what we wanted!

    It is delicious and pours well. We have an espresso machine and the other coffee was good but not the best for espresso. This product changed everything.
