Where it Comes From

The Sun Basin

The Sun Basin is a remote valley cradled in the mountains of Missoula, MT. Wind catches words, moments, and memories, sweeps them into the sky, and settles them gently into the basin, allowing us to gather them up as inspiration and present them to Botanie, our local soap making partners. Botanie then distills the memories, mixes them in small batches with gorgeous natural ingredients, and turns out bars of soap that are good for your skin and your soul.

    Smells just like a christmas tree

    This shampoo bar has lasted me for months, lathers well and leaves my hair smelling like Christmas. Can't wait to try out the other scents and would love to see a warm vanilla one in the future. Great sustainable alternative to shampoo bottles!

    Smells nice, works great!

    This was my first time trying a shampoo bar & I was uncertain whether I’d like it— there are some bar soaps that leave a strange residue/texture that I find bothersome. Not the case with this one, which creates a generous lather & rinses out easily. Very pine-y scent, which I enjoy. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised & will likely give more solid soaps a try in the future!

    Really enjoying the scent and my hair feels great!
