Where it Comes From

The Sun Basin

The Sun Basin is a remote valley cradled in the mountains of Missoula, MT. Wind catches words, moments, and memories, sweeps them into the sky, and settles them gently into the basin, allowing us to gather them up as inspiration and present them to Botanie, our local soap making partners. Botanie then distills the memories, mixes them in small batches with gorgeous natural ingredients, and turns out bars of soap that are good for your skin and your soul.

    Smells just like a christmas tree

    This shampoo bar has lasted me for months, lathers well and leaves my hair smelling like Christmas. Can't wait to try out the other scents and would love to see a warm vanilla one in the future. Great sustainable alternative to shampoo bottles!

    All it needs is a conditioner bar

    This is the best shampoo bar I've ever used. My hair is much healthier than before and it lasts forever. Plus I get to smell like a tree! It is a bit drying on its own, though; I'd love to have a Good Store conditioner bar in the same scent to pair with it, especially because the bar I'm currently using dulls its beautiful pine smell. I will definitely be buying a subscription for this shampoo once I know how long it takes me to go through one bar.

    Amazing!

    Love love love this bar!! The scent alone could’ve sold me- it’s absolutely delightful. Woodsy and fresh crushed juniper berries. Gives a great wash with minimal effort, and the suds don’t feel thin or oily.
