Where it Comes From

The Sun Basin

The Sun Basin is a remote valley cradled in the mountains of Missoula, MT. Wind catches words, moments, and memories, sweeps them into the sky, and settles them gently into the basin, allowing us to gather them up as inspiration and present them to Botanie, our local soap making partners. Botanie then distills the memories, mixes them in small batches with gorgeous natural ingredients, and turns out bars of shampoo that are good for your hair and your soul.

The founding goal of Good Store is to make amazing products that donate to a good cause. One hundred percent of the profits from Sun Basin go to the Maternal Center of Excellence in Sierra Leone.     Happy Hair

    I was so pleased when the Good Store started carrying conditioner because I have been using the shampoo since they started selling it. I am really enjoying the conditioner and it’s treating my hair well. I don’t feel a residue or oiliness, only soft tangle free hair, which is what I look for in a conditioner. Can’t wait to try the other ones.

    Love it!!

    I’ve been using the shampoo bars since they came out and hoping for conditioner bars, so I was excited to try this!! I have used a conditioner bar from another company in the past, and Sun Basin Soap’s conditioner bar made my hair feel SO much more moisturized and soft; I could feel the difference right away when I was rinsing it out of my hair in the shower!! And it smells so nice, it’s really calming at the end of the day. I am immediately switching over to this product and adding it to my subscriptions. To use this, I rinsed the shampoo out of my hair and squeezed out the water, wet the bar, and put my hand on one side of my hair and the bar on the other and dragged it down towards my ends. I do this until I can feel that all of my hair has conditioner on it, and then I run my fingers through it to fully coat my hair and detangle it. I cannot recommend the conditioner bar enough!!

    This smells great, leaves my hair silky, and leaves my hair tangle free.

    Wow

    I have long fine blonde hair that has mixed results with most hair products. It's prone to breaking and snarling while I brush. After I tossed my last conditioner brick at the wall in frustration, I reached for the Tonewood Conditioner bar not expecting much, but I was blown away by how well this conditioner bar has already made my hair feel better after 1 wash. No more snarls, it feels and smells great. Will be back for more. Highly recommend.
