The Reviews Are In: Sun Basin Keeps Shining

On the fence about Sun Basin Soap? Read what our customers think about their purchases. | By Aly Krajewski

Many moons ago, long before I was ever on-staff with Good Store,  one of the most likely places you could find me on the internet would be in the reviews of any given product page. I’m nothing if not an ears-to-the-ground observer when it comes to how I shop. What other customers think of any given product I’m considering purchasing is paramount to me! Their feedback helps me understand what’s worth buying, and that’s critical information in this age of fluff-and-bloat content online.

Good Store customers are great for a LOT of reasons; one of these reasons is their willingness to be completely honest and transparent with us about how they like any given Good Store product. You can guarantee that, if you check a particular item’s reviews, you’ll know exactly what the customers feel about it, no bones. A super clear to see this is definitely our Sun Basin Soap products. Don’t believe me? I’ve got a few reviews here to prove it:

Jared R shared his thoughts on Heartwood Soap:

“Switching to Bar Soap Was Easier Than I Thought! I was nervous coming from liquid soap but this works as good if not better! And the charcoal tea tree smell is my favorite in particular its subtle and clean in a not sterile way. Only thing I’ll say is if you’re moving to bar soap for the first time make sure you get a soap saver bag to make it last a while or else you’ll move through this quick”

Jared is so right to recommend the soap saver bag–it really makes the soap last longer!

Mary N C had thoughts on our Garden Party scent:

“I love the smell of this soap so much! I’ve used it as a body soap and it doesn’t irritate my skin, which is truly amazing because most scented soaps cause me problems.”

The natural ingredients in all Sun Basin products are ideal for those with sensitive skin like Mary.

Evan M on Tisane Soap:

“Now That’s Good Soap - Soap that smells like lemongrass? The scientists in the lab have hit it out of the park with this one. I believe that words like “love” are reserved for family members and pets, so I will say that this soap is very nice.”

We understand your sentiment on the love-end, Evan (and we agree that the scientists at Botanie really cooked on this scent!).

The reviews don’t stop at soap, though - check out Drishti’s thoughts on our Tonewood Shampoo Bar:

“Great for Frizzy/Curly Hair: I bought this product because I wanted to eliminate plastic waste in my household as much as possible, but these shampoo bars are so much more than that! I have curly hair which is prone to frizz and hairfall but, ever since I started using the good store shampoo bars, my hair has never been in better shape! P.S.: If you guys ever decide to come up with conditioner bars, I’ll be the first customer for it :)”

Drishti, we can’t give anything away yet, but…stay tuned. :)

I could go on and on, but the sentiment remains the same: Sun Basin Soap and Shampoo Bars are pretty awesome. Get a few bars for yourself, and leave a review to let us know your thoughts, too!
