    So good!!

I've historically not been a big fan of ginger teas, but I love this blend! The chamomile and lemongrass really complement the spice of the ginger and help calm both me and my stomach.

    Tea to pump you up

The touch of cayenne in the tea really gets my circulation going, it feels like it's energising despite having no caffeine. I find that the tea is complimented very well with a little bit of honey, rather than drinking it plain or with sugar, it rounds out the sharp notes very well.

    Comfort with a twist

I don’t drink ginger tea often, and even I can tell what an upgrade this is from your average ginger tea. First off, it’s gorgeous - you can see there are real, top notch ingredients here. The tea - brewed as instructed, enjoyed “black” - was lovely and smooth to drink, but left behind a hint of spice. There’s nothing better than ginger tea when you’re feeling wobbly, and this definitely worked its magic for me. I’ll be buying some to keep on hand.

Like being wrapped in a linen blanket

Dry smell ••• ginger, sweetgrass, floral, lemon.

    Color ••• cloudy light yellow

Taste, no additives ••• lemon, ginger, sweet, warm

Taste, agave&oatly ••• Oatly brought out more of the hay-like qualities, with a warm comforting finish. I tried with regular milk and prefer Oatly.

2nd brew ••• Great! Floral flavor comes through more. I bet I could brew it another time or two if I wanted.

Iced ••• Lovely! I added some fresh lemon balm leaves.

Overall ••• Drinking this reminded me of how I feel when I smell sweetgrass or I wrap myself in my linen blanket. The ginger was warm, not spicy. I was pleased with the cohesiveness and ability to brew more than once. I cannot wait to drink this in the autumn, when I'm smelling the sweet woodsy smell of the leaves.
