Blended tisanes, such as this one, source botanicals and spices that grow in a variety of conditions all over the globe. From the USA to Asia, you are drinking a truly global cup of tea.

Where the Money is Going

Combatting Deadly Disease

Tuberculosis is the deadliest infectious disease of all time. In honor of John Keats and the billion people who’ve died of TB in the last two centuries, 100% of the profits from Keats & Co will fund tuberculosis testing and treatment through a new program with Partners in Health.

Like being wrapped in a linen blanket

Dry smell ••• ginger, sweetgrass, floral, lemon.

    Color ••• cloudy light yellow

Taste, no additives ••• lemon, ginger, sweet, warm

Taste, agave&oatly ••• Oatly brought out more of the hay-like qualities, with a warm comforting finish. I tried with regular milk and prefer Oatly.

2nd brew ••• Great! Floral flavor comes through more. I bet I could brew it another time or two if I wanted.

Iced ••• Lovely! I added some fresh lemon balm leaves.

Overall ••• Drinking this reminded me of how I feel when I smell sweetgrass or I wrap myself in my linen blanket. The ginger was warm, not spicy. I was pleased with the cohesiveness and ability to brew more than once. I cannot wait to drink this in the autumn, when I'm smelling the sweet woodsy smell of the leaves.

Excellent & Well Balanced Herbal Tea

This is a truly lovely herbal tea - the ginger is present but not overwhelming, the lemongrass is a delightful bright note that you don't often see, the chamomile provides a gentle grounding base, and the cayenne is just enough to leave you with a hint of pleasant tingle at the end. As someone who can't drink non-herbal teas due to heartburn, it was great to see that this herbal tea didn't have ingredients that aggravate it (looking at you, mint). Equally delicious hot and cold, and no harm in letting this one steep as long as you like. Will definitely subscribe once it's back in stock. My only complaint is that you don't have merch with the branding (really, it's a killer design, props to the designer).
