Sweet Briar Botanical

Sweet Briar Botanical is a great way to treat yourself at any time of day. The blend of tart lemon myrtle and raspberry leaves lead the first sip with a burst of bold berry flavors. A fantastic refreshing herbal tea

It's tart but in a balanced fruity way, with a nice also fruity sweetness, a touch of herbal complexity and spice. It's just fun to drink, very refreshing. I've only had it hot but I bet it's also fantastic iced with a touch of honey it sugar (tongues can't taste sweet as well when cold, so iced things require more sugar).

The flavors are vivid and strong, and hold up to several solid brews.

It's one of my favorite herbal teas at the moment. Many fruit or tart teas are very tart and bracing and need to be mellowed with sweetener, but this one isn't too tart (picked a balanced set of fruit flavors) and has mallow and other things in it which adds sweetness on its own. It means that the tea is consistently the right balance of flavors even if you over steep.

    A nice floral tea

This tea smells amazing. The smell doesn't translate 100% to the taste, but the taste is also really lovely. A floral and slightly fruity tea, perfect for your morning cup. Make sure you hrew it strong to really get those fruity notes though.

    Damn!

I'm not usually an herbal tea drinker (black tea all the way) but I gave it a shot as a way to watch my caffeine intake and this is really good. Guess I have to rethink my tea strategy moving forward.
