Why This Product

Blue Fields Earl Grey

Blue Fields Earl Grey is a luxurious take on the world's most popular tea. The leaves are visually stunning, studded with deep blue cornflower petals that make brewing the tea a beautiful experience. Upon steeping the tea delivers the delicate bergamot notes expected from an Earl Grey, with a surprise vanilla finish that smoothes out the entire cup. Try it out.

Where it Comes From

Around the World in Three Teas

This blend is a globetrotting mix of teas from Colombia, India, and Nepal. Grown at different elevations and in different soils, each of these teas bring their own unique element to the blend, resulting in a delicious brew.

Not only do these farms produce incredible teas, they also partner with local wildlife preservation initiatives in their area to make their farms a haven for endangered species. This includes making wildlife passages for elephants, reforestation efforts for bird populations, and fair pay for workers with opportunities for education to discourage poaching.

Where the Money is Going

Combatting Deadly Disease

Tuberculosis is the deadliest infectious disease of all time. In honor of John Keats and the billion people who’ve died of TB in the last two centuries, 100% of the profits from Keats & Co will fund tuberculosis testing and treatment through a new program with Partners in Health.

Beyond the Replicator—Earl Grey Worth Crossing Time For

Captain Jean-Luc Picard here—yes, that Picard. I have ordered “Tea, Earl Grey, hot” from starship replicators more times than a temporal loop could count, but Blue Fields Earl Grey makes even a perfectly calibrated molecular pattern seem… rudimentary.

The bergamot opens with a flourish worthy of first contact: bright, floral, and layered over a rich, malty backbone that would steady a helmsman during a surprise slingshot around the sun. One sip transported me—metaphorically, of course—back to Château Picard’s study on a cool La Barre evening, the kind of moment Starfleet calls “shore leave,” and Q calls “quaint.”

While the economics of the 21st century still cling to money and capital, I commend Keats & Co. for redirecting 100 percent of profits to tuberculosis treatment. In my century we’ve evolved beyond money; here, channeling currency toward the betterment of humanity is the next-best thing—a gesture that would earn a nod from the Federation Council.

So, fellow travelers, whether you’re reading duty rosters in the ready room or navigating the chroniton paradoxes of modern life, set your kettle to 205 °F (96 °C), steep for four minutes, and prepare to engage. Blue Fields is proof that sometimes the finest tea isn’t replicated at the touch of a command—sometimes it’s cultivated, shared, and used to make the galaxy a little kinder

    So freaking good

I love this tea, earl grey is my go-to but different brands are hit/miss. Never going back to anyone else (god forbid I return to bagged tea). The subscription makes it easy, no running out and i can pause or edit as needed. The label on the tea is a sticker and comes off now now I keep my tea in a glass jar with the label stuck on.

    100/100 love this stuff

    Good, solid Earl Grey!

The Blue Fields Earl Grey has a lovely citrus aroma you experience the second you open the bag. Not as dark and bitter as some earl greys, Blue Fields is zesty and inviting. You feel invigorated just from the smells alone!

    Perfect with milk & honey!

If you are considering this tea - BUY IT! The first thing I noticed was how heavenly it *smells* when you open the bag!! It is also the most beautiful loose leaf tea I have ever seen! I used to grab a monster energy drink when I woke up, but now I have a new morning routine! It only takes me about 10 extra minutes to make this Blue Fields Earl Grey tea with a spoonful of local honey honey (I prefer the kind made from wildflowers, not only clover). I also add in a dash of milk sometimes. I'm definitely going to need a subscription!

    Every morning comfort

I drink this every morning with my breakfast. Honestly sometimes I'll switch it up with chair or the breakfast blend, but I haven't used any of my other tea since getting Keats and Co. At first, switching to loose leaf was a barrier/point of hesitation for me, but now that I've gotten into it (bought a really cute little tea steeper - see below) I love that it feels more intentional and less wasteful. Plus, DID I MENTION DELICIOUS?!
