Why This Product

Bamboo Paper Towels

Want an easy way to make a meaningful change to your daily routine? Start with something you reach for daily. These paper towels are made from bamboo—one of the fastest-growing plants on earth, renewing itself in just a few years without replanting. Unlike traditional paper products that rely on old-growth forests, this option keeps those vital ecosystems standing, while delivering the same softness and strength you expect. Thoughtfully sourced bamboo, wrapped in plastic-free, recyclable packaging: it's a small switch that protects something much bigger.

Where it Comes From

Save Trees

Paper towels shouldn’t come at the cost of ancient trees. For decades, large paper companies have relied on old-growth forests. There are irreplaceable ecosystems that store carbon, protect biodiversity, and can’t simply be replanted. (It’s a system worth questioning!) That’s why we partner with Save Trees. They're working to protect these vital forests by choosing materials that don’t rely on cutting them down. By shifting to fast-growing, renewable bamboo, we help keep old-growth ecosystems intact while still delivering the everyday essentials you count on.

Where the Money is Going

Coral Reef Alliance

100% of profits from our Paper Towel products go to the Coral Reef Alliance, specifically the Maui Watershed Restoration project. The Coral Reef Alliance tackles the complexity of coral reef die-offs by working in and out of the water. The Maui Watershed Restoration project is a land-based project to reduce sediment runoff that blocks sunlight from reaching the coral reefs of Hawai'i.

    Sturdy and decently absorbent

This is the second brand of bamboo paper towels I've tried, and these are both more sturdy (more rip-resistant when wet), and more absorbent than the other brand. I think they could be a bit more absorbent, but I would happily keep these in my household as napkins or for small spills, and I'll still be keeping a supermarket roll around for major spills. For now, I'm glad to split the difference between typical paper towels and bamboo ones and wait to completely switch my household over to bamboo when these improve on their absorbency.

    Great towels

I always feel guilty when I end up using paper towels. These alleviate that guilt by making a more sustainable choice. I use reusable towels as much as possible but sometimes a mess just needs to be scooped up and tossed!

    Excellent and Sustainable Product

The paper towels could benefit from being a touch softer, but they've performed well enough!
