Where it Comes From

The Sun Basin

The Sun Basin is a remote valley cradled in the mountains of Missoula, MT. Wind catches words, moments, and memories, sweeps them into the sky, and settles them gently into the basin, allowing us to gather them up as inspiration and present them to Botanie, our local soap making partners. Botanie then distills the memories, mixes them in small batches with gorgeous natural ingredients, and turns out bars of soap that are good for your skin and your soul.

The founding goal of Good Store is to make amazing products that donate to a good cause. One hundred percent of the profits from Sun Basin Soap go towards building the Maternal Center of Excellence in Sierra Leone.     Nice for body but still intense as a facial cleanser

    I prefer very gentle cleansers or oil cleansing, so I was excited to try this! However, I still found the soapy element of it to be a little extra "squeaky clean" stripped feeling that I don't really love for my facial skin. That being said, I think it's a lovely bar for the body and it's a great scent and I didn't have any bad reactions to it at all! I bet it would be really great for acne prone skin.
