For Sun Basin Soap fans, we've worked to formulate a facial cleansing soap bar that is a little gentler and keeps your face clean without irritation. Clarity is softly scented with notes of tea tree and bergamot, coalescing into a refreshing and bright palette that wakes your skin up and sets you on a path towards seizing the day.

Where it Comes From

The Sun Basin

The Sun Basin is a remote valley cradled in the mountains of Missoula, MT. Wind catches words, moments, and memories, sweeps them into the sky, and settles them gently into the basin, allowing us to gather them up as inspiration and present them to Botanie, our local soap making partners. Botanie then distills the memories, mixes them in small batches with gorgeous natural ingredients, and turns out bars of soap that are good for your skin and your soul.

The founding goal of Good Store is to make amazing products that donate to a good cause. One hundred percent of the profits from Sun Basin Soap go towards building the Maternal Center of Excellence in Sierra Leone. We are committed to raising money not only for the construction of the hospital, but also to fund comprehensive training and staffing to tackle medical injustice at its root.

    Happy Refreshing Tingles!

    This facial cleanser is a showing me some CLARITY! Oh, that's the name? Well, it's true! Seriously, look at my excited dumb bearded face (see pic #2). Even through all this hair, it's still as refreshing as can be! I can feel the fresh (AC) summer (house) air running past my plump rejuvenated cheeks. The tea tree + bergamot really brings that perfect balance of freshness. I'm new to the facial cleanser game and I'm excited to add this to my routine!

    A nice start to the morning!

    I got this face soap and have been using as my morning face wash for about a week. It makes my face feel clean, the scent is nice, and I like the way it lathers. I haven't used a bar soap for my face before, so it took a little to get used to the feeling of it, but somehow that led to me being more consistent with moisturizing in the morning, so it's still a win. I definitely recommend getting a tray thing to put under it since it does stick to the sink as bar soaps do. I was excited to try this and it didn't disappoint!

    Good Soap with fresh feeling.

    I received the soap in a quick manner and enjoyed the smell as soon as I opened it. I could really smell the tea tree oil. My wife and I both tried it and it left our skin feeling clean and soft without feeling oily.

    A Good Cleanser

    I like this product! It lathers well, and leaves my face feeling clean but not tight. Compared to my usual facial cleanser, I think it works just as well.

    The scent is distinct but not overpowering. Tea tree is the most prominent scent. Overall it smells sharp and fresh.

    Shipping: The shipping was prompt, 5 days. It was sent in a recyclable paper mailer, and the bar itself is packaged in a cardstock carton. I like that the packaging is minimal and is all recyclable.

    Good Store sent this cleanser to me at no cost in exchange for an honest review.

    That's good soap

    This is so gentle. It might be gentler than the CeraVe sensitive skin I was previously using. I've used it for 2 weeks, and it's been great, absolutely no breakouts or dryness for the last 2 weeks.
