2. When will I get my first pair of socks or undies?

Your first pair(s) of socks and/or undies will be shipped in January 2027.

Can I pick which designs I want?

Part of the fun of the Awesome Socks and Undies Clubs is the surprise artwork each month. You are unable to pick which designs to opt in or out of

3. Where are the donations going?

One hundred percent of the profits from The Awesome Socks and Undies Clubs go are donated to Partners In Health to help build and maintain the Maternal Center of Excellence in Sierra Leone. We are committed to raising money not only for the construction of the hospital, but also to fund comprehensive training and staffing to tackle medical injustice at its root.

4. Can I update the frequency I set for my subscription(s)?

You can adjust your frequency at any time by visiting your customer portal. In addition to monthly sock delivery, we now offer 1 pair every 2 or 3 months.

5. What if I miss out on a design I like?

If you choose a frequency option such as 1 pair every 2 months, you will miss out on half of the designs. There is no way to choose which designs you’d like. You can always try your luck by ordering a Mystery pair of socks or undies. 

How can I lower my shipping costs?

We understand that international shipping costs have increased significantly over the last few years. To help with some of those costs, you can now choose to get 3 pairs every 3 months, or sign up for a 12-month prepay (this one is only available in the US)

7. I wanted to sign up for an additional subscription. What if I missed the open window?

Be sure to join the waitlist to be the first to know when we open the subscriptions again. Visit the Awesome Socks or Undies subscription page, select your preferred style and size, and click Join The Waitlist. It will prompt you to enter your email address, allowing us to email you when our subscriptions reopen.
