Where it Comes From

The Sun Basin

The Sun Basin is a remote valley cradled in the mountains of Missoula, MT. Wind catches words, moments, and memories, sweeps them into the sky, and settles them gently into the basin, allowing us to gather them up as inspiration and present them to Botanie, our local soap making partners. Botanie then distills the memories, mixes them in small batches with gorgeous natural ingredients, and turns out bars of soap that are good for your skin and your soul.

The founding goal of Good Store is to make amazing products that donate to a good cause. One hundred percent of the profits from Sun Basin Soap go towards building the Maternal Center of Excellence in Sierra Leone.     Smells lovely

    I was in the middle of using the lemon bar(Daybreaker?) and had to put it away to enjoy these fall smells. I've started with the dark red one which I believe is bergamot and it has mild exfoliant. How delightful!

    Very Good Bar and scent

    These are good scents and the quality of the soap itself it delightful. The only complaint I have is that it does leave a residue on my sink where it rests. I think I am just more of a liquid soap kind of guy. It is 100% worth the but if you like bar soap.

    These smell good!

    … and they foam and clean lovely. I am not a big scent person, when I first opened them I was concerned about how strong the scents were. After a day the intensity had faded a little, and I only smell them while in use.
