Where it Comes From

The Sun Basin

The Sun Basin is a remote valley cradled in the mountains of Missoula, MT. Wind catches words, moments, and memories, sweeps them into the sky, and settles them gently into the basin, allowing us to gather them up as inspiration and present them to Botanie, our local soap making partners. Botanie then distills the memories, mixes them in small batches with gorgeous natural ingredients, and turns out bars of soap that are good for your skin and your soul.

The founding goal of Good Store is to make amazing products that donate to a good cause. One hundred percent of the profits from Sun Basin Soap go towards building the Maternal Center of Excellence in Sierra Leone.     Fantastic scent

    Interestingly, this smell felt so very familiar to me but I still can't figure out why. Either way, it is my favorite soap scent from Good Store. I immediately went back and reordered in case they don't make it a standard offering.

    Excellent new scent

    Very clean and light scent. Really nicely hydrating without drying. Like all of the Sun Basin soaps, doesn't irritate mine and my toddler's incredibly sensitive skin. Aveeno, soft soap, and gold bond lotion all irritate our skin, but not not Sun Basin. Coconut oil also usually irritates both of us, but this doesn't.
