Terrible pump on a great bottle. Sadly I must join the chorus.

All three of my pumps have now failed. The bottles are perfect. The pumps are apparently trash and not stocked for replacement in ages. Please do better I don't want to shop elsewhere!

    Works Great, Looks Great

I've been looking for a metal/glass foaming soap dispenser for some time now, and this fits the bill. Very sturdy bottle, cute design. I also appreciate that they sell replacement pumps, as that has been the fail point of every previous dispenser I've owned. On that note, though, one star docked because the pump does feel a bit flimsy.

    Quality Bottle

We've had 2 bottles for over a year now and they are still looking great! The pump will sometimes stick down, but eventually comes back up. The soap refills require 8oz and this holds maybe 10-12 oz so you can refill before it is fully empty, which is nice.
