Awesome Socks and Undies for an Awesome Cause

Back in 2019, Hank Green had a simple idea: everyone needs socks, and a maternal health hospital in Sierra Leone needed support. So why not create a monthly sock subscription that delivered fun, artist-designed socks to people’s doors and donated 100% of the profits to the Maternal Center of Excellence in Sierra Leone?

That idea took off—and now it’s expanding. In addition to socks, we’ve partnered with MeUndies to bring you an underwear subscription club with the same mission: delightfully designed essentials that help save lives. Each month, we collaborate with independent artists, work with trusted production partners, and ship out awesome socks and undies to tens of thousands of subscribers. The result? A growing, joyful community that’s helping build, staff, and sustain world-class maternal healthcare in Sierra Leone.
