These foaming hand soap tabs from Meliora Cleaning Products are a great alternative to individually bottled hand soaps. Just pop one of the tabs in a refillable foaming hand soap bottle, let it dissolve, and wash your hands as per usual. Available in unscented or lemongrass.

Qty: 6 tablets per box

Directions: Use one hand soap tablet for every 8-9 fl oz of warm water.* Dissolve directly in your foaming hand soap bottle and shake gently to speed the process. It may take a few minutes for the tablet to completely dissolve. We recommend using a foaming hand soap bottle to create the foaming action. It will technically work with a normal dispenser but it will be thin and watery.

*To use with the EcoGeek hand soap bottle, dissolve 1-1.5 tabs in the full bottle.

Meliora Cleaning Products got its start when it's founder Kate was studying for her Masters in Environmental Engineering.     A bit harsh and seperates

    It is a bit harsh and "dry" on the skin and it slowly sepperates in the bottle. Would love to use nothing but this for the rest of my life, but unfortunately it is just worse than other handsoaps.

    Is it just my kids?

    I was buying waky smelling or decorative foaming soaps during the pandemic to encourage hand washing, Then I switched back to bars being cheaper. But my kids would burn through it because they liked the bubbles. We tried the B&BW refill to be more environmentally conscious but it was 3.5 refills. I didn't like the lack of precision, no marking on the bottle to fill and add water to, etc. Just before this review I came home to a refilled soap. I asked and got "Yes mom it was easy." 5 stars in this Anthropocene

    It's a win for the entire household!

    These worked perfectly and produced a nice foamy soap that didn't feel gritty or oily. They've made it super easy for kids and elders to clean their hands when bars soaps are too difficult to hold and lather. I love the savings of having so many refills in one package and my spouse adored the scent. These are a win for everyone!

    Works great!

    I use these hand soap refills in the Blueland dispensers since Good Store sold out of the ecogeek ones. They are working just as well! Love to be saving plastic from the landfill. Excited for a restock of the ecogeek dispensers so I can test it out.

    Not sure how I feel about it.

    Wet hands first, turn off water, 2 pumps, rub hands and rinse. (Soaping up first then water will just wash the soap away too quickly.)

    For my 8 oz foaming bottle, 1 pump isn't enough but 2 seems right (this is the same for my go to foaming soap as well). 1 pump seems to dissappear into the hands, but 2 pumps seems to stay sudsy.

    Rinse off your hands and the soap is immediately gone leaving a rubbery feel to the hands. I don't think it is rough or irritating as I have eczema on my hands and it didn't upset it (some soaps do), it just doesn't give a soft or moisturized feeling.

    Waiting for the bar to dissolve in water is not convenient as I'd like, maybe making 2 bars at a time works better so you always have a refill on hand.
