EcoGeek is giving 100% of profits to the Coral Reef Alliance, specifically the Maui Watershed Restoration project. The Coral Reef Alliance tackles the complexity of coral reef die-offs by working in and out of the water. The Maui Watershed Restoration project is a land based project to reduce sediment runoff that blocks sunlight from reaching the coral reefs of Hawai'i.

    VERY strongly scented

    I ordered the scented sheets after seeing a few reviews that said that they weren't too strongly scented, and I can only disagree. It's possible that I somehow got a defective box, but they smelled so extremely strongly (and reminiscently of children's chewable vitamins) that even after double bagging them in plastic and hiding them in the back of a cupboard they still made my whole apartment stink. I thought maybe it was just a me-thing until my husband got home, crinkled his nose, and went "why does the house smell so weird?". To be fair to them I still tried them in a load of laundry and the scent was much less strong on the clothes themselves, it's just when they're in the box that the smell is overwhelming.
