Shipping Information

Holiday Shipping Deadlines:

Our warehouse team works Monday through Friday, and it can take 3-5 business days to process and prepare an order to ship. It’s also not uncommon for shipping carriers to experience delays due to inclement weather or high shipping volumes this time of year.

To give your order the best chance of arriving before December 25th, we recommend placing your order by the following dates, depending on the shipping method you choose and the destination.

Standard Shipping:

  • Within the US: Order by December 8
  • Outside the US: Order by November 17

Expedited Shipping:

    US Orders:

    • UPS Ground: December 14
    • FedEx 2Day: December 20

    International Orders:

    • FedEx International Connect Plus (Canada): December 17
    • FedEx International Connect Plus (Mexico): December 19
    • FedEx International Connect Plus (Other): December 13

By placing your order by the dates listed, our team will have enough time to process and ship your order and the carrier is more likely to have enough time to deliver your order by December 25th.

      Canada Post Strike:

      Updated December 17, 2024:

Canada Post strike has ended, and service will resume on Tuesday, December 17th. However, there is likely a large backlog of orders that have not been processed since the strike began. We expect orders to Canada to continue being delayed until Canada Post has caught up on this backlog. Unfortunately, we don't have information on how long this may take. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience! Please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team if you have any questions or need any help!

      Updated December 5, 2024:
Due to the current Canada Post strike, orders shipping to Canada may experience significant shipping delays. Orders shipped via UPS Mail Innovations and orders to rural addresses shipped via FedEx International Connect Plus are particularly affected, as these are handed off to Canada Post for final delivery. These orders will likely be stalled until after the strike concludes, and there may be additional delays as Canada Post works through the backlog of deliveries once service resumes.
FedEx International Connect Plus can still be delivered to non-rural addresses. However, FedEx has let us know they expect higher volumes and longer delivery times.

Unfortunately, these are currently the only two shipping options available for sending orders to Canada. We do not have an alternative way to ship orders that would bypass these delays. We understand this is frustrating and are committed to providing updates as the situation develops.
