Lazy puffball clouds drifting above a picnic blanket. The clink of settling ice in a glass of lemonade. Half remembered melodies from a neighbor's yard. Cool grass prickling the backs of thighs, and a cinnamon sun warming an upturned face.

Ingredients: Saponified oils of sunflower, coconut, sustainable palm; essential oils of blood orange, cardamom, nutmeg, clove, cinnamon bark; pink clay; cocoa butter; calendula petals; rosemary extract.

Where it Comes From

The Sun Basin

The Sun Basin is a remote valley cradled in the mountains of Missoula, MT. Wind catches words, moments, and memories, sweeps them into the sky, and settles them gently into the basin, allowing us to gather them up as inspiration and present them to Botanie, our local soap making partners. Botanie then distills the memories, mixes them in small batches with gorgeous natural ingredients, and turns out bars of soap that are good for your skin and your soul.

Where the Money is Going

Great Soap for a Good Cause

The founding goal of The Good Store is to make amazing products that donate to a good cause. One hundred percent of the profits from Sun Basin Soap go towards building the Maternal Center of Excellence in Sierra Leone. We are committed to raising money not only for the construction of the hospital, but also to fund comprehensive training and staffing to tackle medical injustice at its root.

    Amazing

    This smells so good! And I can be picky with smells. It's warm and fruity combined with fall spices. If you love the smell of craft stores in the fall you will like this.

    Smells like home

    This was a great soap. I first tried Navigator, and didn’t like the textured feel to it so I tried this one and WOW! It’s smooth, smells amazing, and doesn’t try out my skin. My entire household is on these soaps because they’re just that great of quality.

    I love all the soaps from Sun Basin but so far Daydreamer is my favorite. The scent is just so nice and casual. I use it as hand soap in my kitchen and every bathroom. (We're obsessed with it.)
