You are going to need to buy socks; you might as well do it in a way that brings a little joy to your doorstep every month while supporting independent artists and donating 100% of profit to charity.

Materials: Crew Socks: 37% Cotton 34% Nylon 26% Polyester 3% Lycra | Ankle Socks: 50% Cotton 45% Nylon 1% Polyester 4% Lycra.

Care Instructions: Machine wash warm, hang them dry. Because stretchy synthetic fibers like lycra can be degraded by heat over time, your socks will keep the same stretch longer if you don’t dry them in a dryer. But, if we’re being honest, most of us dry them in the dryer and it seems to turn out fine. Don’t iron them, you only have one life to live and you don’t need to be spending time ironing socks.

Due to inventory limitations, your first two months will be a mystery sock from our past designs.

Billing: When you subscribe, you’ll be billed for your first pair of socks which will ship by the end of the current month. On the first of each following month, you’ll be billed $13.75 and you’ll get another pair shipped to you by the end of that month. If you sign up on or after the 25th of the month, you won’t be charged again for a full month. (i.e., if you sign up on August 26th, your next charge date will be October 1st, not September).

Shipping: Your first order will ship within 3-5 business days. Shipping is free worldwide. If you’ve got an address that receives mail, we can ship to it. Socks ship as flats. Domestic orders typically take 1-2 weeks to arrive once they’ve shipped. International orders may take up to 6 weeks.

From Pen to Sock

The Awesome Socks Club comes from two places. The pens of the incredibly talented artists we work with, and Pacific Manufacturing in Haining, China. Each month we work with a new independent artist who gets full control of the sock as their canvas. Once they’ve perfected the artwork, we send it to the talented craftspeople in Haining who specialize in producing high quality garments - Seriously, our socks don’t wear out.

The founding goal of the Good Store is to make amazing products that donate to a good cause. One hundred percent of the profits from The Awesome Socks Club go towards building the Maternal Center of Excellence in Sierra Leone. We are committed to raising money not only for the construction of the hospital, but also to fund comprehensive training and staffing to tackle medical injustice at its root.

    Best Subscription Ever!

    I love this subscription so much! It's such a fun little treat to get every month, and I enjoy that the design is a surprise. If a design isn't my flavor of ice cream, I don't feel my money was wasted because it still benefits a great cause and socks are the best gift, in my opinion. I talk about Awesome Socks all the time, not just to benefit the cause, but also to spread the joy they bring. They are well made, comfortable and cute!

    I might suggest sizing down though to a S/M if your feet are a woman's 11 or smaller. Maybe even 12! I wear an 11 shoe, and when I got the M/L, the heel of the socks were up at my ankles and sticking out of my shoes. The S/M fits great, if not still a tiny touch big. They might want to consider making an even smaller adult size because I think if my feet were smaller than about an 8, they'd be way too big.

    Love them, love the cause, but!

    My day lights up digging these out of my mailbox every month. I have bigger feet, so it's great to have a larger sock size as well - any standard 6-12 or 8-12 sock just tears or cuts my circulation off.

    That said, the 12-14.5 socks seem to be more geared for the 14.5 than the 12 or 13 - I have to wear them *slightly* loose on my size 13+ feet or else the heel on the ankle socks ends up all the way to my achilles. Would love if they were just a cm shorter or so! This could very well be just a me problem, but figured it was worth a mention.

    Awesomely comfy!

    These are so soft and silky, with a minimally bumpy seam by the toes, and such fun designs! Really great knowing the good the purchase of these does too.

    Super Fun, Super Comfy Socks!

    I love these socks so much! I am super picky about socks so I was really worried when I first ordered them. I struggle finding knit patterned socks that I like since a lot have super long yarn carry overs that tickle and get tangled in toes, but I have not had that issue at all with these. My only issue with the actual socks is that I am in between sizes, size 10.5 women’s, so I went with the larger size since I hate tight socks but the larger size is just a smidge too big, but they still work and are still comfy so I am fine with it.

    My only criticism with the socks is I wish they would include a slip of paper with the artist info a smidge of details on the design. They occasionally have artist info on their Instagram page but not always. As an artist myself I want more info!!! 😂
