The Good Store was founded by Hank and John Green on the belief that humanity can be good news. We’re searching the world for the best versions of the products that you use daily, made by the best people, and then we’re giving all of the profits from those products away to those who need it.
You're going to need to buy socks; you might as well do it in a way that brings a little joy to your doorstep every month while supporting independent artists and donating 100% of profit to charity.
Good practices mean better beans, which means that our roasts brew the best cup of coffee that money can buy. From Colombia to St. Louis to Missoula, every step of our process handled with care for people, the environment, and the artistry behind the coffee.
We partner with Botanie, a family run business out of Missoula, Montana, to bring you luxurious handcrafted soap. Botanie uses all natural ingredients that leave you feeling nurtured, fresh, and ready to take on the day.

Where It Comes From
We work with Lake Missoula Tea Company, a local tea shop, blender, and wholesaler to source all of our teas. Lake Missoula Tea is an established favorite in the Missoula community, with many of our staff frequenting their downtown shop before we even considered opening a tea subscription. In addition to being a local favorite, Lake Missoula Tea shares the Good Store’s values around sourcing with their suppliers, meaning that we’re able to partner with farms that are leading the way with fair labor practices and environmentalism in their regions.
Where the Money is Going
Tuberculosis is the deadliest infectious disease of all time. In honor of John Keats and the billion people who’ve died of TB in the last two centuries, 100% of the profits from Keats & Co will fund tuberculosis testing and treatment through a new program with Partners in Health.
