We send you one new bar of soap per month of the paid subscription.

Where it Comes From

The Sun Basin

The Sun Basin is a remote valley cradled in the mountains of Missoula, MT. Wind catches words, moments, and memories, sweeps them into the sky, and settles them gently into the basin, allowing us to gather them up as inspiration and present them to Botanie, our local soap making partners. Botanie then distills the memories, mixes them in small batches with gorgeous natural ingredients, and turns out bars of soap that are good for your skin and your soul.

Where the Money is Going

Great Soap for a Good Cause

The founding goal of the Good Store is to make amazing products that donate to a good cause. One hundred percent of the profits from Sun Basin Soap go towards building the Maternal Center of Excellence in Sierra Leone. We are committed to raising money not only for the construction of the hospital, but also to fund comprehensive training and staffing to tackle medical injustice at its root.

    Smells and feels great!

    These soap bars have a really nice feel, create great suds, and smell amazing. I'm also pleased that after washing off the soap, they leave no sensation of residue on the skin. The colors are delightful and I'm glad that my purchase is also helping a great cause!

    Fantastic gift!

    Mother asked for a “thing of the month” as her Christmas gift, doesn’t drink coffee or tea, and really just wanted to get mail more often.

    Picked the soap subscription, and the first one is already a hit. She put it in the guest bathroom and has made every visitor go in and try it (she hosts a lot of parties), and loves being able to tell everyone about Good.Store.

    Soap for a year hell yeah

    I love getting a surprise every month and I am not picky about soap scents so I am so happy I bought this subscription. I have only recieved 2 bars but I have been really happy with the quality. I feel like usually when I buy fancy soap bars they are pretty thin, but these are some delightfully beefy bars that will last me a good while.
