What ingredients are used to make the soap?
Ingredients can be found on the product page for each soap. Here’s a breakdown of ingredients used for each of our soaps:
- Trailblazer: saponified oils of sunflower, coconut, sustainable palm and safflower; essential oils of orange, clary sage, tangerine, and litsea; shea butter; mica; annatto seed; rosemary extract
- Navigator: saponified oils of sunflower, coconut, sustainable palm and safflower; essential oils of eucalyptus, Japanese peppermint, rosemary, northwest peppermint; shea butter; pumice; bremek powder; menthol; rosemary extract
- Daydreamer: saponified oils of sunflower, coconut, sustainable palm and safflower; essential oils of blood orange, cardamom, nutmeg, clove, cinnamon bark; pink clay; cocoa butter; calendula petals; rosemary extract
- Forager: saponified oils of sunflower, coconut, sustainable palm and safflower; essential oils of scotch pine, fir needle, cypress, spruce, black pepper, vetiver; ground coffee; shea butter; rosemary extract
- Enigma: saponified oils of sunflower, coconut, sustainable palm and safflower; shea butter activated charcoal; rosemary extract
How can I change what soap I receive in my next subscription order?
On the main page of your subscription customer portal (also the View Your Next Order page), click on the product you’d like to make changes to. The next page will give you the option to update the quantity of the selected product you receive, the frequency of your orders, and swap the product to receive something else in your future orders instead. If you have a “bundle and save” product, you’ll also see an option to change which products come with your bundle.
Please keep in mind that making changes to your subscription will not change any recent orders that have already been processed.
How do I update my shipping address for my subscription?
On the main page of your subscription customer portal (also the View Your Next Order page), click on the “Address & payment details” tab on the right-side menu. Click “Manage address”. From here, you can edit an existing address or add a new one if you move between two or more places regularly.
Can I try a sample of the soap before subscribing?
Yes! You can find the Sun Basin Sample Pack here, which includes a sample of each of the 5 bars to try. These sample bars are the same length and width of a full size bar, but about 1/3 of the thickness.
You can also purchase our soaps as a one-time purchase if you'd like to try it out before subscribing.
How long does one bar of soap last?
There are quite a few factors that determine how long the soap will last, like how much you use and how long it stays wet between uses, so it’s hard to give a definitive answer for how many washes you’ll get from one bar of soap.
You can extend the life of your soap by making sure to store it in a cool, dry place once you’re done using it. For example, resting it on a soap saver dish (like the one we offer) to help it dry after use and prolong how many washes you’ll get from one bar.
You can always update your subscription to adjust how many bars and how frequently you receive them if the soap is used up faster or slower than you first expect.
